Oslo, famous for its high prices, may not be the first choice for interior decorators, but it is definitely worth taking a look at what it has to offer. There are many beautiful, large and small furniture shops selling both Norwegian products and other well-known brands. My first stop was by Milla Boutique in Aker Brygge. Very classic and it was nice find some new products which you cannot find in every corner. My absolut favourite, Norway Design, sells all kind of Norwegian products you can think of. Very elegant collection but take a fat wallet with you.

The Nobel Peace Center is a unique design store. It sells nice little things and souvenirs related to peace and is definitely worth visiting.

One of my favourites was Ting, where you can find souvenirs even with a small purse.

In addition to Norwegian style, in Oslo you can also find Åhlens, Granit and Lagerhus in the city. Just adding a little bit of Swedish style it the Mix. The biggest problem here though, is the lack of space in the hand luggage…
